Does Philanthropy Indaba only focus on international trips and organizations?
No. While our scheduled journeys are currently only offered to international destinations, we do offer custom designed journeys in the USA
and Canada. We would be pleased to develop a program that suits your interests.

Philanthropy Indaba is a for-profit company which has a social purpose.
Is Philanthropy Indaba only for "serious" philanthropists?
Individuals, families and corporations come to Philanthropy Indaba for a variety of reasons which include the desire for a more meaningful
vacation; interest in exploring an issue and connecting with effective organizations and thought-leaders on the ground; experiencing the best
of a new country/culture; the ability to exchange thoughts, ideas and experiences with like-minded individuals; and the interest in exposing
their children to other ways of life and discussions around giving back. What everyone finds is that the conversations and experiences are
rich and engaging no matter their previous experience with philanthropy.

No. With all the new and innovative approaches being developed every day, we try to stay current and make every effort to include both
not-for-profit and for-profit models that are addressing critical issues.
